What is Production Time?
The production time listed for each product is the estimated number of business days that an order will take to be manufactured. Shipping to your destination address is in addition to the production time.
Production time begins the same day for any order placed by 10:30 am CST/CDT, or it begins the following day for any order placed after that time. All production time is based on standard business days (Monday-Friday).
How will my order ship to me?
You will have an opportunity to specify the date you require your product during the checkout process. Your order will be shipped accordingly to meet that date. All costs for shipping will be billed accordingly. You can request that your project manager estimate shipping charges for you in the Project Concierge during checkout.
Can I customize the products in my order?
All products can be customized to meet your specific group or event needs. You can order your product here and indicate changes that you need to your products during the checkout process with the Project Concierge. Your Arthouse Project Manager will contact you prior to beginning production on your order to discuss the changes you want to make, provide proofs for your approval, and revised estimates if necessary due to production requirements.
What is the Project Concierge?
Once you begin the checkout process, you will come to our Project Concierge. This area will allow you to inform your project manager of any specific details or instructions necessary for your order to be executed perfectly. Your project manager contact you to help you customize your order in any way that you were not automatically able to do during the order process, whether it's changing artwork or drop shipping to multiple locations. This area was designed specifically to allow you to have the convenience of ordering online, while receiving the personal attention necessary to completely address all of the special needs of your order.
How do I pay for my order?
Checkout of this site does not require payment. All orders are invoiced upon completion of manufacturing and submitted to the email address provided during checkout. It is the responsibility of the recipient to submit the invoice for payment.
Arthouse is an authorized Best Buy Corporation Vendor (Oracle #550015796). Payments are received by Arthouse through the Best Buy E-Payment Solutions Program. Credit Cards are not accepted for payment.
Will my invoice include tax?
Tax is billed on all orders according to governing tax laws. Your project manager can inform you of your invoice tax status based on the products you ordered and the location they will be delivered to.
Where do my products ship from?
All products are FOB the manufacturing plant location or Arthouse's Minneapolis warehouse. Please request FOB information on a specific item if required.
How are the products in the store selected?
All products are selected for their compliance with Geek Squad brand requirements. All products are approved by the top brass at corporate before being put in the store.
